Biography:

Growing up surrounded by the biological diversity of Florida, I have always been fascinated by the smaller, less-appreciated members of the ecological community. I have a particular interest in obscure local species and detritivores.

I have experience raising, breeding, and observing captive specimens, which has allowed me to see the behaviors of these incredible creatures up close.

I enjoy gleaning from the vast amount of pooled knowledge of this community, from which I learn something new almost every day.
