I have a B.Sc. in Conservation Biology from the University of British Columbia, but other than enjoying natural history daily, I don't technically earn a living from the degree. I'm a printmaking artist on the west coast of Canada. I combine my love and knowledge of science and nature with my artistic skills and strong sense of design. I strive to reflect the essence of the world around us in my work.

Some of my art which is bug related (ok, plus a slug, which I know doesn't qualify, but I love the image!); all of these are reduction-cut relief prints created as part of a 26-image series called "A BC Bestiary":
