City, state, country:
Jonesboro AR U.S.A.
Biography:

I am a retired English teacher. My wife Cheryl is a painter. We have no formal training in science, but a lifelong interest in anything that moves. In the six years since my retirement, we have been especially interested in insects, including all orders, but perhaps a special interest in dragonflies, butterflies, and for the past few years an almost total obsession with robber flies (Asilidae). Close-focusing binoculars and digital cameras have altered our lives.
