Biography:

Interests are myriad and expanding, but these are a few favorites: Carabidae (ground beetles, tiger beetles), other Coleoptera, Odonata (dragonflies and damselflies), Orthoptera, Lepidoptera, Diptera (especially Asilidae, Syrphidae, Calliphoridae, and Tachinidae), Hymenoptera (especially social species), Salticidae (jumping spiders), Lycosidae (wolf spiders), Pisauridae (nursury web and fishing spiders), and many more. I have strong interests in digital photography, scientific illustration, ornithology, botany, and evolution.
