For my Masters I studied tachinid diversity and orthopteran parasitism rates in remnant and constructed prairie fragments in Ohio.
I am not an expert on any particular taxa but am generally interested in:
-Fulgoroidea (and some other Auchenorrhyncha)
-Elateridae
-Tachinidae
-Parasitic Hymenoptera
I currently work for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture - Agronomic Division performing nematode assays and identifying plant-parasitic nematodes.
