City, state, country:
Beavercreek, Ohio, USA

Worked as an Arborist for 35 years, still ISA Certified. Now employed as a Research Engineer in Optical Physics. I remain an avid organic gardener and backyard naturalist. Unless otherwise noted in the description, all photos are taken in my suburban Beavercreek, Ohio yard, which has seen no pesticide use for over two decades (it was a sterile wasteland of manicured lawn when we moved in).

Note to Editors: Feel free to frass any of my photos that are surplus to the requirements of the Guide. My feelings won't be hurt, and I stay subscribed to my photos so I should know if an ID has been given. Editors who are so moved may also edit my photos if doing so will give them more utility for the Guide.
