Biography:

I have been birding since 1985. In 2000 I started to notice butterflies. Then I got a point-and-shoot camera and really discovered butterflies. Next followed the odonates. Now I have started seeing the beauty of moths. I mostly enjoy the aspect of identifying creatures. It combines my love of the outdoors with my love of animals and my love of books (I own shelves full to help with identification).
