Santa Cruz County, Arizona

I live on Salero Ranch, an active cattle ranch & rural subdivision on 16,000 acres of semi-desert grassland in SE Arizona, south of the Santa Rita Mountains and about 20 miles north of the border with Mexico. I am a botanist working on a checklist of the plants of Santa Cruz County, and I photograph insects, reptiles, and other critters in the course of hiking and specimen collecting. My entomological knowledge is very scattershot, but I am particularly interested in moths. I am grateful to the generous folks who share their expertise on BugGuide.
