Biography:

I work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist) in a skilled nursing facility and photography is my ever more time consuming and enjoyable (and expensive) hobby. I particularly enjoy avian and macro (arthropod) photography. I am the president of our local Audubon chapter, Presque Isle Audubon Society and, as you might imagine, I am an avid birder. In the summer when the birds are plentiful and the bugs are scarce I focus on photographing migrating and nesting birds and then in the summer when the birds have flown north and the nests are empty I take off the 500mm lens and get out the 100mm or 65 MP-E and go in search of the other winged beauties and their multi-legged brethren.
