Biography:

I am a 64+ year old retired biology teacher with wife, three children, & seven grandchildren. I am a FSCA research associate and travel for museum work and collecting from PA to FL. My interests include many forms of outdoor recreation; especially collecting and photographing USA tiger beetles, and rearing Dynastes tityus and Lucanus elephas.
I also build insect shadow boxes which I fill with legally-obtained dead foreign species like Morpho butterflies, walking sticks, swallowtail butterflies, and huge tropical beetles just to name a few. These are sold at local reptile shows along with mammal skulls, whole skeletons, F/D bats, and other unique arthropods.
