Biography:

Just a nature lover with a keen interest in all our Mother Earth's diverse flora and fauna.
Found this site as I was trying to ID a very common beetle called a Fire Beetle or bug, also known as a mask beetle as it looks like an African mask.
I hate killing any bugs so would prefer to ID them to discover if they are beneficial to my crops. It is April 2014 and following a very mild winter the homestead is literally crawling with bug life.
