Biography:

I used to be petrified of "spiders" but have come to appreciate them greatly. I wondered why I had a fear of them. They're small and fast and there are only a couple that I should be afraid of: The black widow and the brown recluse. All the rest are friends in my book, relatively speaking. And with recent readings on the brown recluse, I'm even less afraid of them. I enjoy identifying spiders and encouraging others to learn more about them as well.
